I answered the phone but there was no one there and then they hung up. After reading this thread i had only just this morning spoken to someone from TUI on the phone and made online changes, so guess this was them doing a follow up survey. If only they'd bothered to engage when I said "hello" I wouldn't have had to do a search and end up here.
