An Asian sounding guy tried to push a further call from a sales agent. The whole thing was to get me to take up a funeral plan, even though I said I both didn't have one and didn't want one. He was a fast talker so it was hard to get a word in edgeways, plus I found it difficult to understand him because of his thick accent.
