They are trying to get bank details and first asked for meter reading then you have been over charged so we have to sort it out and now they are ringing after every five minutes and severing and abusive should be banned or authorities have to do something

This number called my workplace and started giving me prices over the phone. He then asked for information about the current energy provider and I informed him that I couldnt give any details over the phone and he would need to contact us by post to request information. He said this wasnt a problem but kept asking for information. I explained 3 times that I couldnt give it over the phone. I eventually said that I would have to report this number as a fraudulent call to the police and he said "go ahead, report me, I dont care". I then ended the call with "well just f*ck off then" and put the phone down on him. Said he was from Scottish Power (I seriously doubt this). If I hadnt been in work I would have dragged the conversation out. I have no time for people like this.

Called to say they were from National Grid and wanted to book and appointment to change the meter. Said the coil was damaged. I told them to email me with the details - they refused, said they would email me after my details were provided to them. I said it was a hoax - they said it wasnt. I hung up. Called back to challenge them - number wont go through

I was told my meter needs changing as it's faulty. They will be coming Friday to do it. In the mean time they needed my full name and address, date of birth etc. Told I was also due a refund of over £300 didn't carry on with the conversation as I knew which way it was heading. I have contacted British Gas nothing to do with them whatsoever.

This number rings my workplace every day. As the phone is by the till, I tend to pick it up and put it down right away so I can hear customers as I know this is a scam number. The other day I answered, explained it was a work phone and requested our number be removed. The caller said - I remove number when you sign contract. Today I answered by mistake as we were very busy and I didn't look first. He informed me he had an enormous c**k and would F**k me everyday. This was bad enough but when I didn't answer he kept saying ,- ma'am. Can you hear me? I have told the other girls not to answer any 020 numbers in future but they are a nuisance as they kept ringing two or three times a day.????
