I was called by the Windows scammer " Russel" and after his initial spiel and after I refused to agree to his connecting to my PC, obviously making it clear I was suspicious, he gave me this as his number. He said I could call back to verify where he was calling from. As I continued to refuse to connect or believe his claims, he started pleading that he has a job, a family and a target to meet. I told him I have a target too, though not saying what it was. Actually my target was to keep him on the phone for an hour and I met my target (can't speak for his, which presumably is to scam a certain number of people into buying AVG anti virus for £60.00). CLI gave his ID" INV 27282" which is an FAKE WINDOWS NUMBER

SCAM ALERT SOFTWARE You are about to give control of your computer to another party, this could be a cybercriminal technical support scam, make sure you are completely confident of the identity of this party before continuing. Microsoft never makes unsolicited phone calls to help you fix your computer. A genuine Microsoft engineer will be able to quote the unique password now displayed on your screen
