Said they were TalkTalk! (Call centre) reported by Anne
Told my 80yr old mother TalkTalk had taken £49 from her account by mistake & they wanted to pay her back! Said they needed to check they had correct debit card details. Gave the details they said they had, which of course were incorrect! His plan was then to ask for the correct card details and of course could then empty my mother's account! I refused to give them & said that if he was really from TalkTalk he could send a cheque for the money by post, or simply credit the account £49. He didn't like this suggestion for some reason! He then asked for bank account details instead, which of course I refused to give as I told him if he was from TalkTalk he would already have them as the TalkTalk bill is paid by DD. He said his computer wasn't working so he couldn't look up the details! Convenient! He said to go online & log into bank & I would then see the £49 go in from TalkTalk! Had I done this, whilst I was talking to him and waiting to see the money go in, somebody else would be wiping my mother's savings!!! He argued with me for 30 mins, but I wouldn't give him any info.

Said they had money to go into the account (Call centre) reported by Judith
Told my mother in law they had £150.00 to go into her account with Plus net and for her to provide her bank details. She is 92 years and unfortunately she did this hence they took the money from her account it was refunded by the bank. They have called again asking why she has changed her bank details. We just want people to be aware of this number as Plus net have no record of the person (first time he said Mr West second time Mr Martin).
