Someone just called up work claiming to be from British Gas saying our contract was up for renewal and needed to give me prices, i explained i already had my renewal prices though and didn't need them again. The caller wouldn't to a word i was saying so i just said are you sure you are from BG he again wouldn't answer my question so i hung up. Just called me back and said "just f*** off you ar*****" absolutely appalling. Tried to call back the number but will not ring.

Tried to tell me our power contracts are due for renewal (Telemarketer) reported by Jim
Tried to tell me our business power contracts were due for renewal (They were not). When I asked who our current supplier is he guessed a couple. When I asked him to confirm our MPAN number he made an excuse and hung up.

Fraudsters calling re renewal of Gas energy contract- avoid! (Telemarketer) reported by Tom
These people call U.K. business customers claiming to be the current supplier of energy and offering prices over the telephone. I called them back and when getting into detail which shows them to be fraudsters they just hung up. Check the number of the caller and don't speak to anybody.
