Said they were calling from Virgin and BT, that I had a problem (Scam call) reported by eva
that they could help me with remotely. Although number was withheld I managed to get the woman 'Jennifer Williams' to give me a number to call her back on. She wanted me to go to my Ram window and then was going to talk me through her accessing my PC remotely. I told her I would call her back that's why I needed the number. All very dodgy

claims to be from talktalk threatening to disconnect my internet access as I had multiple viruses on my computer. Did 1471 and they were actually calling from 0013032270264 not 02032867958 which they gave as a number to call back on

one lady called indian accent, said she is calling from windows supporting team and caliamed my computer might be affected from virus. so she asked me to on my computer and so on. so itold her i cannot trust you and requested her phone no, which she phoned and i type in goggle . i found out this no has negetivereview.

Said she is from talk talk and there is illegal use of our internet and they will have to cut me off I told her I don't respond to telephone calls and can I have a number to call her back she gave me 02032867958 and said her name is Stella Williams I think not.

I had a call claiming to be from talktalk - the foreign sounding man advised that, owing to junk e-amils that I was receiving, my computer was running slow. He ffered to fix it whilst I was on the phone and asked me to log onto my computer. I explained that he was calling at dinner time so he offered to call back. I said no and that I would prefer to call him - he gave me the 020 3286 7958 number - sounds like a similar scam to the other cases on this page, so I won't be taking him up on his 'kind' offer!

Ryan William - Microsoft Technician (aka scammer) wanted to tell me of my infected computer running windows. The closest this guy should be to windows is with a chamois and a bucket of soapy water. Not only was he incompetent uninteligent and trying to con me but he was also insulting when I ridiculed him about his computing ability and for having his small * mistaken for a fanny.
