Tried to get my mum to pay for sky insurance, aggressive (Scam call) reported by Roger B
Claimed he was called David Johnson, yet his accent was Asian, claimed he was just a service engineer ringing to demand payment of an insurance that Sky themselves had told us was false. Got nasty saying "did I understand English" so told him quite clearly "don't speak to me like that ****head" and hung up, then checked number on Google where there was a report of a scam call from same number with broadband issues, we've also had calls like that too, my mum is 83 and is ill, if she'd have picked up the call she may have been pressured into paying the man. I found a previous payment and got it refunded as I told the bank it was a scam.

False WiFI / PC issue (Scam call) reported by Samantha
Guy called Home line supposedly from Internet service provider, has details of street name. Tells you there has been unauthorised access to my home WiFi and he needs to disconnect you, I listened as far as opening laptop and opening MSDos window as he requested before taking his name and number and calling my service provider. They confirmed it is a scam.
