Got a call offering me a loan, payed upfront of £278 and now I can't get in contact or get my money back, when I told them I was taking legal action they started getting aggressive telling me to delete their number

They are a scam and will take your money for a loan which they will never pay out for. They just lie and fill you with false hopes to then just abuse you an take your money. You don't pay upfront for ANY loans. I will eventually get my money back and I will find them.

Offered me a loan payment wanted 145 upfront I said no so he told me he would take 199 from my account when I threatened to call the police he didn't like it and started shouting at me. I hung up he began harrasing me by keep calling I ignored it.
