It appears this is Global University Systems, I had been approached by them on the street some time ago regarding doing a free university course. They had taken my named and called me asking what I was interested in so I told them. They then asked me if I already have a degree to which I answered yes. In this case, the course would not be open to me and we ended our conversation, However I have just started receiving constant calls from them but I do not answer. It appeared genuine and you can look them up online however why keep harassing me now?

Asian man with a very course accent offering adult educational courses and a fee.... anyway I questioned where they're based pretending to be interested and he couldn't even say where he was from proper stuttering.... clown!!! Told him to remove of the list cos I'm TPS and I like fining companies ????

Claimed to be calling from the UK but "Sean" - and his supervisor "John" - both had thick Indian accents and the quality of the line meant the call could have been coming from the moon (including the delay). Challenged why they were calling because we were registered with the Telephone preference Society, at which point they quickly asserted that they would remove our number from their list. MY question was: "Why did you call us in the first place?"
