This company offers free ink cartridges as a thank you for recycling your old ones. Then sends you a large bill for un-ordered products. I reported to police fraud department and Barclays bank fraud unit. Everyone do the same!!!!!

This is UK OFFICE SOLUTIONS - a front for CREATIVE MARKETING SOLUTIONS who give their address as UNIT D4, WARDLEY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, PRIESTLEY ROAD, WORSLEY, MANCHESTER M28 2LX. If they call put the phone down. Otherwise like us you will get unwanted ink cartridges arriving in the post and expensive invoices. Avoid all all costs. Total scam.

Answered my company telephone giving company name. Woman thanked me for returning used toner cartridges for recycling and as a thank-you wanted to send out free cartridges for our use. I replied 'Oh Really'. They then disconnected the call. We put our used toner in the bin so obviously a scam.

Called under the pretence of Brother UK (Scam call) reported by


I received a call which at the time thought was completely genuine as we had recently returned printer cartridges for recycling to Brother in the Netherlands, they led me to believe they worked for Brother and as a thank you for our return they were sending 3 free cartridges for our printers in the office. Less than one week later a parcel turned up with 37 cartridges and an invoice for in excess of £1,000 - Please do not fall for this company like I did - We are in the process of reporting them to the fraud squad, trading standards, TPS (we are registered-and they should have checked) & Brother UK- I had to completely lose my temper with them as they tried to say that I had placed the order and there was a 48 hour cancellation - they played a recording of our supposed conversation which was utterly false - very misleading company - do not touch with a barge pole

Called, introduced himself as Ben and thanked us for re-cycling our old printer cartridges with them, saying that he wanted to send us a 'free toner' as a thank you.(We don't use toners.) He couldn't tell me when we re-cycled with them, but wanted to know what type of printers we used. When I told him that we had never used their company and that I was reading other people's responses and opinions, not the least of being sent cartridges with a 15 day payment demand and no option to return, he seemed somewhat taken aback. I asked for our details to be removed from their database. He said he would do this, but we shall see, I suppose.

They allude to being our preferred supplier/recycler of old drums/cartridges and say that we are entitled to a FREE toner as an act of loyalty. They then ask to clarify printer model number and address and rattle off that they are sending 3 toners including our FREE one.

Call you saying they work with your company and thank you for returning used toners to them, offer a free toner as a thank you for your custom however send 2 or 3 toners and send an invoice for an extortionate amount (approx 4 times normal cost of toner) requesting payment within 15 days with no option to return toner.

Something to do with printer cartridges. They said thanks for sending the printer cartridges back - as a thanks we'd like to offer you a free cartridge with you next order.' We didn't send cartridges, nor have we had anything to do with them. They're trying something but I'm not sure what. They use the same spiel each time they ring.
