phone call today offering a free cartridge as we had recycled some cartridges in 2016 and as a 'thank you' they were offering us a free cartridge in return, asked if we still had our HP printer. told them I did not have a printer here. that was the end of the call and they would take us of their list. I dont think they will

Claimed to be the provider of our printer and cartridges and they wanted to 'help' us with reccycling or soemthing.... had outdated information. Asked if we still had HP... we don't then asked for more details before becoming agitated and rude.

A lady phoned us today stating she was an ink company and that we are currently with them. She asked me all sorts of questions, for example "are you the Birmingham office" (i gave my address), and "are we using the same printer". I am new and this was my first day on the job.She stated i had 24 hours to cancel, however number will not allow you to connect.They do not have our bank details. She was able to get information form me, next time i will be more careful. Dana Austin.

received phone call today offering a free cartridge as we had recycled some cartridges in 2016 and as a 'thank you' they were offering us a free cartridge in return, asked if we still had our HP printer and I confirmed and asked for the model number. after saying they would send us a free cartridge they then said they would send us two cartridges at the cost of £70 and our 3rd cartridge would be free....when asked if they were sending us them and they said yes I said we are ok for the moment and asked for them to confirm everything by email and I would need to discuss with our boss before confirming - no email recieved

Called and asked for our Brother printer number so that they could replace the toners we had sent them. I said we don't have a Brother printer and she said sorry, we must have made a mistake. I did think that maybe this was scam and if I had been able to give her a Brother Printer number we may have been invoiced for something we didn't order.

told us they were brother recycling centre and as we had sent lots of ntoners back we could have a free one....to which we said why not...then at end of call said great thanks that will be £91.00. We said no, it was FOC, they then got shirty with us and told us we had confirmed order which we had not, they then hung up...waiting to see if tomer and invoice arrives..which will NOT be paid
