aller claimed he was from Lotto and I had won three free tickets. Tried to sell monthly Lotto asured me they have no offers and would not contact by phone. Reported to Action Fraud.

Phoning me every hour. No one at the other end just beeps and cuts off. No such number it'd you try to call back and only1 negative review so far so blocked but they really are annoying.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with lottery call centres, all the 02030007xxx range. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very usefull for call centres). No problems.
