Allay - not Illy and it can be Finance, Claims Banking numerous fingers in scam pies ! Last year wrapped by Advertising

Exactly the same issue - I have 5 previous calls from Allay but this one today on 03333440253 - I strongly suggest you report this to ICO using there online scam calls, Action Fraud and Financial Ombudsman - they will threaten you with they have electronic signature, paperwork - but unwittingly you may have fallen into the trap on their/Ally first call to 'confirm' details on the phone such as name, address & telephone number, others may be date of birth, and banks as they go along - I did not get that far but they are scamming information and putting it into a PC - they then will say they are working for you and send bogus invoices and letters! BEWARE

Data Protection Act causing issue as getting people to confirm details for contact!

as said before ALLAY using the Data Protection Act itself for you to confirm all the details they want to fill in as they go through the questions - anyone who wants anything can write to you and you can confirm then - IF YOU CANT SEE WHO IT IS BE SCEPTICAL who is on the end of the phone before giving them the details they need to harass you, send you letters, and invoices - Contact ICO on line and fill out a form for unwanted calls - Contact Action Fraud and get a Police Reference number for Cyber Crime if you have given information or confirmed information - if you do not report it - it hasnt happened and it will happen to others, the more reports that go in about ALLY (finance, banking, claims) will finally get an investigation - you could also contact Citizens advice Scams and get a reference number they will advise Tyne Trading Standards whats going on and investigate!

**** the title, if you don't have inclusive mins it will cost you a few quid for the privilege. Also they are a bunch of con artists, far much cheaper elsewhere, they als hound you to hell after calling, even if it said they would not....as they say "Buyer Beware"
