Claimed to be from EE but then asked the make and model of my phone to validate who I am. I gave the wrong memory size and then he was on about data protection act and can't do anything else now so I ended the call.

I know due to the comments this is EE offering deals on upgrades. I went on my EE App the other day just out of curiosity at what phones were on offer as my upgrade isn't due until July 2022. Since then I have been inundated with calls from this number. I'm can't be bothered answering and all the sales chat. I'm quite happy with the phone I have at the moment. After so many calls you would think they would give up.
