Tried to tell me they had spoken to my MD (doubt it, im the MD) and then asked to speak to 'my dad' LOL, (so as a 30 year old I'm not allowed to run a company?) Made me laugh. I then asked what they wanted, they asked if we were with BT, i said no, and asked what they wanted, they said they would call back in a few days when the 'MD' was available. Waste of time, blocked. Staff struggle when the convo goes off script ;)

"In my area next week and want to see if they can get my broadband costs down, but me out of my contract with my current provider who are BT (they aren't) and save me 55% on my bill." When I told them I would have to check with my business partner, they said "now you say business partner, would that be a husband?" Because apparently women can't own businesses without their husbands.
