He said that he was aware I had some unsecured loans (I don't) and that he was calling from a service provided by the "UK Government". When I challenged this, he hung up.

Said he was from Citizens Advise and had been told that I could be eligible for a Government Scheme to assist with my debt repayments. When asked where he was calling from he said Manchester, but surely this is a Wolverhampton number. I asked where he had got his information from ,and said that if I wanted information I could go to an CAB office. He then hung up.

Called advising I have debt to pay off and they where calling from 'Citizens Advice'...I asked 'citizens advice what?', his response 'Citizens advice group'. I advised them its actually the citizens advice bureau and to stop making fraudulent calls. Number blocked

Called saying they were from citizens advice I had a debt notification, I recognize number as wolverhampton and I live nowhere near there and also no I have no debt outstanding. Also they were asking what my name was. Told them not to call again and hung up, the same number different person called back straight away told them I had opted out they tried to push it asking the name of the person I had spoken with I just hung up

indian man said were from manchester police and that sam williams was murdered and he left my phone. they wanted to know my address. I told them i don't know any Sam Williams and that I don't believe they were the police and he started to laugh. what the hell want this disgusting people??

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 19029028xx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with asian call centre, mostly with financial management. People did they call you with something new, new scope?
