Called asked me to go through security - stated i did not know who it was so wouldn't be sharing my details with them. They then asked me to confirm my name - again i said i cannot confirm or deny that I am the person you are trying to contact. They didnt know what to do next and said oh we will send you a letter. I said ok - goodbye.

have a payment plan with them on direct debit, due to a glitch at my bank their payment wasn't taken, explained issue and told to try again but rather than attempting payment again have been hounding with texts, calls, emails and letters.
