01618505897 Called at 12.32 to my home line. Missed call but got the tail end of an automated message tying in with others here. What was different is this call came up as “INTERNATIONAL” on the caller display. With the equipment on the phone it showed as the 0161 number. It’s my belief therefore that the number originates from outside the Uk. Have had many similar scam ‘international’ calls like this over the years

Said that they have been trying to get hold of me. They are filing a lawsuit against me please speak to someone press 1. I put the phone down as it is a known scam. They will try to frighten you into paying over the phone to stop the lawsuit

received automated call that HMRC is preparing to take legal action against me and telling me to press 1 to talk to an operator. Did so and was connected to man with Indian accent who tried to solicit information. When I asked him to prove who he was he swore at me so I hung up. Obvious scam of some kind.
