01618502940 Called me after I tried getting a contract yesterday, said were from o2 but sounded rough as toast. Had my doubts from the start. Sold me a Samsung s21 and unlimited everything on o2 for 26 a month. Going on the last 24 hrs emails, tomorrow I shall receive a sim only deal in the post, no phone. IT'S A CON (I'll be cancelling the sim only second I get it so doubt they'll get commission as presume that's all this can be for....) do not deal with them.

They offerd me a new contract phone when I had applied for one on the O2 website I didn't receive the phone or package this is a complete scam I had to cancel my bank account to get a new card sent out

02 that wontbtake no for an Answer. 3 different people over 3 days. then she said she was trying to help me get my credit score better. the worst saleswoman ever. 02 back before they sold their broadband to Sky were the very best. I was with them when they were bt cellnet. they have went down hill ever since. three is the best out their now.
