'The Lotter' - Online lottery ticket sales (Financial services) reported by John
I'm 99% certain this number is 'The Lotter'. Why? Because I purchased some USA lottery tickets online from them 12 hours ago; only one person has my phone number (we're both in Australia) and this number was from the UK where The Lotter is based; and I've seen 'The Lotter' mentioned on a few sites just now while searching online who this number could belong to. In other words, they're phoning you because you bought lottery tickets from them - that's how they got your details. Are they legit? Yes, I think so, because I matched two numbers in the U.S. Mega Millions lottery and won about $16. Even so, I wouldn't be signing up and giving out personal details, or reading out credit card details on ANY mobile/cell phone. (You folks do realise there are people with radio frequency 'scanners', that listen to phone calls as a hobby, right?) In other words, don't give out your personal details, address, etc. on your cellphone, or say you're going on holiday or to the supermarket and the door key is under the 3rd pot plant, or give out your credit card details over one - physical, wired, landlines only for that stuff!
