PPI company - the male agent was extremely rude and aggressive even though I was polite enough to listen to him then politely respond that I wasn't entitled to claim. That will be the last time I am so polite to such misinformed and rude agents. AVOID

PPI call on my work BB, claimed that as I have. Uk mobile phone number, I had a uk bank account, and was entitled to PPi refund. She did not care that just because I have. U.K. Mobile number, does not mean I have picked up a uk pay as you go sim from the supermarket topped it up in cash and I could be a 14 year old visiting the uk who needs a temporary number to make sure I can phone for help. Nor did she care that it may be. Business mobile and therefore not linked to my bank account. Just kept insisting that I have a uk mobile number therefore I must have a uk bank account and so I will be entitled to PPI refunds. Utter nuisance and talking utter tosh!
