Update can you believe this they just rang me saying my loan is ready to pay out REALLY!!!!! My reply was " deposit into my account then" OK Mr xxxxx all you need to do is pay £299 tax and it will be in your account by 5pm tomorrow....... Me " you're not getting a penny from me return my £175 back to my account now! " sir you wish to cancel your loan? Me " I want my money back". Sir you will have to pay a cancellation fee...... Me really we have no written and signed agreement therefore you have not got a F**king leg to stand on in court" return my money now! Sir I will speak to my boss and arrange the return of your money by 5pm tomorrow OK? I want £7500 or my £175 in my account . sir tomorrow......... Hung up on me.

Loanstoyou company is ford thay never give us any money back and they rejester their phone number on Naswnwild bank so plz care full about those people I also lost my £300 .

i was contacted by this number and the person who called said they were willing to give me a loan of £2500 over 24 months,i have been trying to secure a loan and this seemed legite to me as they told me that they would put £185 into my account for me to pay back immediatly so as to bring my credit score up as it was a bit low.Checking my account showed that money had indeed been transfered into my account but due to a mix up on my side i was unable to transfer it to the account they specified.I was Asked to pay through western union via moneyshop which i did.i passed the transaction code to them they stated this money and then the next morning they again transfered other funds to my account and again i was asked to transfer it back via western union,unfortunatly as i had checked my account that morning and saw that a payment of £85 had arrived from the same account as previously sent from, i was in town to do so when i received a call on my mobile saying that further funds had been transfered to a total of £260 for the same purpose i paid this and called them back and gave them the transaction number.I was told that the caller who called himself tony would pass me to his female manager and she would call me back to arrange payout of loan.when she called me back i had checked my bank account again and saw that the further deposits made into my account to bring up to the £260 sent back via western union was from diffrent accounts,this made me more suspisious of the activity and this was furthered even more when she said that they would transfer £2675 to my account but i needed to pay £175 paperwork fees before the loan could be deposited.I am getting calls from them as i told them that i would call them back in regards to this.I will be reporting this to the police and to my bank as the have my bank details as well now.

i have since received a call and a voice mail message from them stateing that my account has now been locked out and legal action will be taken against me because they have spent £300 pounds on arranging the loan for me. I have been fortunate that i have not lost any money myself from this episode but it is obvious from what has happened that others have going by the transfers to my account. Although those funds were transfered it is better that these people are now about to have their accounts bloocked from further withdrawls. i can only apologize to them.

AVOID!!!!!!! I just entered my details into what I thought was a loans search engine/broker and very quickly was informed that I was approved (far too quickly). The website then asked for my internet banking personal information including password etc to check affordability. Obviously I then realised that this was a disgraceful attempt at fraud. A few mins later I was called by this number by an Indian bloke (who was rude) claiming to be from a company called UK Sameday Loans. He took virtually no information and claimed I'd been accepted for a £5000 loan but had to pay £180 deposit up front. I asked the APR and he blatantly made it up on the spot and quoted random figures at me that didn't add up. Obviously a real loans company doesn't ask for a deposit when they're lending you money. They're obviously not getting anything out of me but I feel sorry for people that have been taken in.

I just got scammed by that number. Claiming to be a loan company and as I was looking for a loan thought it was a company I had looked at. He asked for £212 upfront for first month payment before getting loan, as it was an unsecured loan. His name was roderick braga. Then his senior manager came on and asked for a further £249 for tax purposes. Me being so naive paid the £212 but then the £249 was introduced the alarm bells rang. I cannot get the money back now . I rang back and they refused refund and now won't answer. They went under the name of loans factor but they have numberous companies and many people have been scammed. I have reported them to watch dog and the fraud squad.
