I have had several calls from them offering me a loan but, informing me I had to pay an amount to their company. When I did I asked them how long it would take to process. An hour later they called again and said that I needed to pay an extra £180.00 and then the 'tax' would be paid and funds could be released. When they said this, I decided that this option seemed a little strange. I told them that I wanted to cancel the loan they had offered and would like a refund of my money, they told me it would take 2-3 working days to receive the money back into my account. Which was fine as I know some payments do, I had emails confirming that this would be the case, and the money would be sent back to me. however, on Monday when I checked my account the money wasn't there. So, I called them and asked them to ensure that this was back in my account on that day as agreed. The women 'Lauren' then decided to tell me that the loan hadn't cancelled and would definitely have my money back in the account 1-2 working days later. However, I still haven't recieved the money back. I told her that I would contact financial services to which she replied 'do it, they won't do anything'. I am still awaiting information and guidance back from the FS. I would urge you all to make contact with them as they may be able to help return your money.

its been 4 days now and still they have not sent me the loan they told me that they will refund me since 18/04/18 and im still waiting, they said that the refund should be in by today 19/04/18 10am and noth8ng since now

they offered me £1050 they told me to send them £50 so i did then they said to send £160so i did thrn they told me to send £100 so i did and then £5 and now they want me to send £75 and apparently they will send me the loan and everything what i paid to them
