Unsolicited call reported by Beckie
Number was attached to malware that invaded computer. Stupidly rang number as they were convincing as Microsoft company. Had codes for remote accessing my computer, demanded £180 to remove malware giving an incentive of a years tech support too. I told them I couldn't afford that then they started haggling. Looked up microsoft number which was completely different. Took battery out of computer and shall be taking laptop to pc world to fix. Just a bit peeved off that I got duped but lost no money......

Missed call, no idea... (Unsolicited call) reported by Dave
People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?

The man got into my computer. I'm 76 years old. He said my laptop had been hacked and that he will help me then he said if i turn my laptop off he would dusable it.I'm trying to get my granddaughter to sort it now.

I have also had a malware attached to my computer. I have not allowed access but would like to know what I can do now. I closed shut down my compute but I dont know what to do. Please help
