Asked to make Data Subject Request (Telemarketer) reported by


Cold call, asked to make data subject request which was met with a volley swearing. Manager put on and subsequently "Director" both of whom were clueless as to what a data subject request actually was... They eventually hung up on me, not before revealing that as I was located in Scotland they couldn't make any money off me anyway.

Compensation for holiday (Telemarketer) reported by


Knew my name and wanted to know if I'd been on an all inclusive holiday in the last two and a half years, asked where I'd been. I asked why and she said if i could 'verbally relay' that I'd had an upset stomach I would be entitled to compensation. I said I hadn't, she said no medical evidence was necessary I just had to 'verbally relay', i.e. just say it. I repeated no, and we ended the call.
