Knew my name and adress. Asked if I'd had my pension review yet & who I was with. Told me my provider underperformed and made an appointment for a courier to call next week to get me to sign a form allowing them to review my pension for free (as per government legisation) and my pension number AND would want to photocopy a bill with my name and adress on to prove who I am. I'm not totally stupid. That is enough information to empty my pension fund. Won't be going ahead with this. Obviously a scam.

This 'company' keep calling me as above - I do not answer & I have also had their number blocked but they keep on calling on different extensions - I must have their number on my list under 4 certain names. These calls should be banned.

Rang this morning claiming to be fro Pensions Advice Bureau. I asked how I could help them, was told, since I was their client, they could help me. Quoted by name, age and address and asked me to confirm this. I asked why I should need to do this, and asked them to tell me where they got my information, since I had never heard of them and already used a pension company. Was told, in a rather snarky tone, that I should not get annoyed and that they had now put my 'pension on freeze'. What nonsense! I have since blocked their number.

Rang me to say the were from the Pensions advice bureau, told me the information was on the government website that I hadn't had a review since last year, When I told them I would only deal with someone I trusted face to face with my pension he told me that they wanted someone to visit me. I told them to not bother me again and hung up.

Said they were fro the Pension Advice Bureau, knew my name and address, wanted to offer Pension advice and asked about my statement. When I asked if they were calling on behalf of the company I worked for and if they knew my number was a company number they hung up - these people are the lowest, scamming people out of money, makes my blood boil!

This is a scam Please do not talk to these people. They are trying to invest your pension in very high risk investments that pay an enormous commission.

Call from 01618148566 - asked for me by my correct name. Woman said there was changes to pensions affecting myself which came into force last April. Said I was due my annual review and asked if I currently paid into a private pension. I said I was unable to take the call and hung up.
