Extremely rude northerner wanting to speak to person that deals with pdq. Replied "how can I help you" and he set off on some nonsense about compensation for pdq charges?? I enquired who he was calling from and he rudely kept talking over me and ignoring the question. So tired of these people it is relentless, day after day

I first received a call from a withheld number someone telling me that there was a government grant to help replace old windows and that everyone was entitled. She asked if I did have any windows that needed replacing and I said that I did . She said she would call back another time after I had time to think about it. Five minutes later a man called Lee from St Helens Glass called to say that he believed that one of his colleagues had spoken to me about a recycling scheme and that I could have £250 off each window. He asked if I needed new windows, to which I replied yes I did as most of my windows in the conservatory have blown and the roof has leaked since we bought it but the company AT HELENS GLASS went into liquidation and I could not make a claim!!! I explained the I wouldnt be buying any windows off them again!!!

This company rung both my landline and my mobile at the same time. When I questioned who they were and why they were ringing, they hung up!! Quelle surprise!! Another one for my "DNA" (Do not answer list) Why would I want to talk to a company who I have never heard of, and who won't tell me who they are let alone why they are calling? And, to another point, where have they got my landline number (ex directory for over 40 years), and my mobile from?

One call per day to enquire if I want to claim the compensation that has been set aside for me following an accident 2 years ago. Despite my telling them every day that it was just a scratch on the bumper and to please take my number off their spam list they continue to call me.

Call centre that rings me pretty much every day. They messed up today, daft girl on the phone left an answerphone where she was messing around with another call centre numb-skull. I hope their parents are proud of what their kids do for a living. If that were my kids I would be embarrassed!

Asking for my spouse. Know one calls my number unless it was accident related. Clearly chancing their luck from an accident that occurred over 24 months ago and had been settled. I said he had the wrong number and then he hung up. Rude idiot.
