I have had several calls from this company following a non fault motor claim. I was not injured, they said money c£1700 was waiting for me as 'comfort payment' completely unscrupulous company chasing monies that should never be paid. I've asked for my details to be removed from their database but I still get calls.

Had a no fault claim nearly a year ago and have recently had 3 calls from this number - the company identifies itself as 'UCI'. They tell you that there is money waiting for me, unclaimed and all I have to do is verbally confirm that I suffered a minor injury as a result of the impact. On each occasion have told the caller that I was not interested as I believed that I would be making a fraudulent claim and hence contributing to the higher premiums we ALL have to pay but they still hassle me. Please take the time to comment on your experience and spread the word so that these people do not continue to make money!

This number have phoned several times (see 28/8 below!). Claimed to be David Marshall from UCI. Previous call claimed to be Ray from UK something but they don't have a Ray in their office. Told me I had an no fault accident last November (I didn't, but not telling them when) and was due compensation. Told them if I claimed, I would be committing a fraud as would whoever claimed on my behalf as no-one has suffered injury or discomfort. Told me my information was passed to them by Admiral. Neither I or the other party was insured with Admiral. They hung up.

Numerous silent calls from this number over last few months. Someone hit my car last year and she paid my bodyshop bill. The calls ask for her by name so the only place they could get this information from was the body shop. Having called them, they confirmed they don't share details but the they are logged on the system provided by VBRA.

we had our car repaired via the insurance company following an altercation with a wall, so know one hurt or another party involved but a lot of damage to the car. We've have had so many calls from them I've lost count...on a few occasions advised I didn't want to claim for injury and would they stop calling. Barred the number but then another company seems to take over. Fed up with them and want to keep my mobile and house line free for friends and family. Not sure what they don't undertsand!

They hung up before I answered but can everyone commenting on here please state who they were insured with when they had their crash. If there's a common link then we'll know where the data leak has come from. I was with Admiral. Thanks

Similar experience to the above comments. However, I had a dent repaired after I caught the post in my garage so there was no accident as such. I did not make any insurance claim but got a body repair company to remove the dent and respray. Therefore there can be only source of my info and that must be the panel beaters.

Been calling me twice a day since 01.09.15. When I have answered they have mentioned it's because I haven't claimed money for an accident. The one they are referring to was someone hitting my car in a car park a year ago when I wasn't even in the car, and all the repair work has been carried out. I've had numerous calls from lots of different places regarding this, to the point where I rang my insurance company to confirm they hadn't shared my details with anyone - which they confirmed. I'm insured with Churchill if it helps anyone. Really frustrating as they know my car details as well as my phone number. Basically it's a scam call as far as I can make out.

Phone call regarding a no-fault car accident I'd had 18 months ago, stating that I had been awarded a payment but not taken it. 4th number/company to call in this way over the past 3 weeks, they seemed to know I'd been called by other numbers & knew I'd declined making any further claim. Hung up on me when I said that I wasn't willing to make a further claim because I had no injury & it would be fraudulent.

Same for me today. Knew my (old) car registration and hung up when I said I wasn't prepared to claim as it put up all car insurance.
