Been called twice today by the same number, spoke to a female in the morning and male in the afternoon, neither interested that I didn't want Merchant Card services and even asking to be removed from their database in the morning and that I an on the TPS, 3 hours later I get another call. I've filled out the Offcom form to report as nuisance caller. Even when I called the number back to say remove me they still try to sell you merchant services, flogging a dead horse comes to mind, hence why I reported to Offcom.

Had Dylan on the phone trying hard to push card machines machines for my home business. Got quite irritated when I asked him to remove my details. He said he worked for ICBC in Manchester. Can't block as every time they call they seem to generate a new telephone number.

Got a call from this number just now, guy on the phone asked if he could speak to the business owner so I said how can I help. He explained that he had my meter readings in front of him and needed to discuss them with me as there had been a change of provider. I explained to him that I wasn't in a position to discuss it with him right there and then however I would call him back as soon as it was safe to do so. He explained it was an outbound call centre so go f**k yourself and hung up. Scam callers are some of the worst in society and to think that I upset him has made my day. Now to try and get them shut down.

Call from "Central Metering [something]" (though it said ITBC or ICBC when I called them back) I have recently taken over business premises & didnt yet have an electricity contract in place, they were phoning regarding this. Told them the previous supplier was EDF, agent went and "spoke to EDF on the other line" then came back to me & transferred me to them. The "EDF" agent told me due to previous tenant arrears that I would have to pay a "security deposit" of £250, payable immediately. The landlord gave me copies of all utilities from previous tenant so I know she was in credit when her lease ended. I ended the call, phoned EDF directly on the number on the bill and had my contract set up within minutes with NO additional charges. Very convincing, blatant scam.

These people are scum of the earth !!! they preted that they are your cuurent providers , and have to check your contract documemts (which they have from a database ) just tell them that you are happy where you are and remove from their records , Report them to OFFGEN !!

I have had 12 calls since 9am, is now 1.30pm,from the same call centre. Told him this is harassment and demanded it stop now, he said he would put my number on a do not call list. Time will tell. They are 1 step away from a whistle down the phone.
