Getting fed up of calls from unknown numbers. it was a Manchester number so called back - hysterical I was put through and the guy on the other side hadn't realised I had been connected to him. The language he came out with was choice, I will leave up to your imagination ! call blocked !! Says a lots about the organisation employing unprofessional employees such as this

These idiots keep ring me. I tell them in not interested. Doesn't work though. The first time I didn't understand what it was and that kept me on the phone for nearly an hour trying to locate a post code of a previous address. Woman kept talkin like she was my friend calling me "darling" and "luv". A complete and total waste of my time. A scam, Im sure.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range, just last 2 or 3 digits different- all the same 016181482xx) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?

I got call from this number this morning and I had the usual pause before a girl answered. These type of calls are almost always Call Centres for either PPI or Life Insurance. Before she had a chance to speak, I kindly just said "sorry, not interested and hung up". If the same number rings again, I'll dug for more info then post it on here.
