rang me asking had i been in an accident, i said yes they asked had i had any injuries... i said yes i had lost my head in the accident they said could i hold on whilst they put me onto a claims handler as they think i maybe entitled to a large compensation payout so i held on and i got through to the claim handler in the UK as you could tell as no delay in the conversation told her my diagnosis and once i told them i lost my head in the accident they put the phone down..... yippee i doubt i will be getting a call from them anymore..

Women on phone asking if i had been in a car accident (Telemarketer) reported by


Women asked if i had pursued comensation after my accident blah blah blah, I told her i had broken several bones an was still in hospital, I think she cottoned on after i started laughing, then she put the phone down.

Generic Sales Guy. Hi I have been asked to give you a call about that road traffic accident you were in. I went along with it saying I broke many bones so he must have thought his commission was in. I then said are you that stupid that you think I wouldn't make my own claim if I was in a car accident. An embarrassed oh....phone down

They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with PPI / injury cliam company - just another telemarketing...
