Are we are powerless against these spivs, all we can do is block their numbers time and time again. Perhaps if some kind whistleblower were to divulge the private telephone numbers of their senior management we could waste their time.

Harringtons claims management representing ministry of justice. I terminated call.

Very short call. Caller gave company name and said they are regulated by the Ministry of Justice. I terminated the call then checked MoJ website and found "As a result of an investigation, the Claims Management Regulator has decided to cancel Harringtons Advisory Limited’s authorisation to provide claims management services under the Compensation Act 2006 with effect from 1 February 2017." Note: this is not in force pending an appeal. Number added to the growing list of blocked numbers in my phone.

This number must be part of the range of numbers 16181477xx dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range reported already, mostly with accident claims, PPI - as usually... Just block it if not interested. People did they call you with the same or something new?
