MSC Accident Claims (Unsolicited call) reported by Glasgow, INSURED
2016; I was in THE most minor of accidents, a back corner tap during bad weather; I took responsibility & paid the other driver's repair bill; I also got home to discover my neighbour had been retaining my Motor Insurance mail; The repair bill, sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery was signed for by someone I believe has been impersonating me & illegally redirecting my mail for YEARS with the assistance of Scottish Police who refuse to act against ID THeft; Next, a 2nd copy of the bill which I reluctantly had the man email me (I hadn't wanted him to do this as my every account has been illegally hacked with impunity because Police WILL NOT tackle Criminal Impersonation, Spying, Stalking, Thugs OR Hackers; The bill arrived but was then DELETED from my Inbox! ie. postal mail AND email were BOTH stolen; Suddenly I have this company, MSC phoning me up (how did they get my details?? Certainly not from my Insurer who was profusely apologetic for sending my Policy Renewal mail to the WRONG ADDRESS and didnt penalise me but reduced my Premium & awarded +1Yr NCD, ironically, and horrifyingly, because my accident occurred when I was 5wks into Expired Cover. It should've Autorenewed, like every other policy Ive had in the last 20yrs and because it was attached to my brother's policy *which Autorenews* - but mine hadn't because my neighbour malevolently retained (arguably stole/redirected) my postal mail. Even this wasn't the end of it! HAVING ALREADY PAID THE OTHER DRIVER@S REPAIR BILL IN FULL & SORTED OUT MY CONTINUING MOTOR INSURANCE FOR THE NEXT OF A 35YRS FAULT-FREE DRIVING LIFE - I discovered my IP Address suddenly geolocated "me" to outside Capitol Hill, to a road the shape of the Scottish Flag, in the centre of which were 2 vehicles EXACTLY portraying the way my car *bumped* the rear right corner of the campervan!? CRIMINAL INTERFERENCE by desperate, interfering, harassing Accident Claims Companies should result in charges against them by UK Police.
