Asked to stop calling me,agreed would removed details,but keep on (Call centre) reported by


They called a few times and I answered and advised I'd like them to remove my details permamnently. They advised each time they will/had yet keep calling constantly. One staff member even was very rude when I said I wasn't interested thanks and asked me 'How do I even know they can't help me' and pushed for my personal details! I explained they should not be contacting me and have no right to my details and they clearly have older records, the agent lied and advised 'We've got your details from a company you've been in touch with recently actually' which is rubbish as the name and address were old! Rude, abrupt, aggressive company who do not obide by the trading standards or financial acts at all when requested to cease contact and remove details in accordance with the law.Be careful-Do not give ANY confirmation or denying of information to them.

I get calls from them every day even thoe I blocked them my phone will still start to ring and it's bugging me need to find an app that doesn't let me know even if they tried to ring.
