Lad on end thought it was hilarious my young son was crying and he could hear him. Next time they called ( within 30 mins ) lady said she couldn't refer that complaint to a manager as they wouldn't know who had previously called. Blocked number now

Keep ringing at all hours. It is s nuisance & regardless of how many times you answer & say "no", they just wont stop ringing. I have blocked them for now, but im sure other numbers will find their way & withold numbers cant be blocked... ( although I just dont answer those).

I think the name was RJ Legal, she was Scouse and funnily enough said this very quickly and wouldn't repeat. Told me I'd had an accident. I asked where they got these details from and she parroted that it was an "opted in service and you have requested this call back". I said I hadn't and repeated where they got my details from. She said "you can keep asking and I will keep saying, it is an opted in service and you requested this call". Obviously trying to get round the fact its cold calling and to avoid fact number is on TPS. When I said there was no accident and asked where their company was based, she hung up. Blocked and reported.
