Trusted Property Research (Telemarketer) reported by


Most google results show the number 0161-768-15xx as belong to debt collectors/advisors. However, this call - 30s-40s male with a posh English accent - claimed to be from "Trusted Property Research". When I asked what he was selling he said "Nothing. We're informing home owners of the private funding that's available to help home owners repair and improve (or he might have said maintain) their properties." Then he said he was going to ask me four questions, to which I replied "Are you." Then he asked if I was the property owner and I told him I wasn't going to answer his questions so he hung up. It was quite odd, because he seemed very inexperienced at this kind of call, and - despite sounding totally English - had problems THREE times with the word "postcode". Twice he hesitated before it and once he said "po ... postcode". Trusted Property Research Ltd was incorporated in the UK on 19th February 2019 - Nature of business Market research and public opinion polling. Which doesn't sound like debt advice so maybe he wasn't really from Trusted Property Research.
