This firm just called pitching a "free review"of our PPC services. After a polite back and forth where I explained it wasn't for us and the reasons why, the chap said he'd call in 6-8 month and I suggested there was no point and this we parted. He hung up - or thought he had - and said "****" under his breath. Come on fella, we all know cold calling is hard but if you react like that after a polite No, I'm not sure you're cut out for this industry. My feeling is this firm is best given a wide berth.
