A company associated with EE trying to sell me an upgrade. Asked for my address three times.

same happen to me, he said I have been with the same contract and they think I should upgrade, Well there first mistake was I am not on a contract, I am on a pay as you go, Then he said he wanted my name, I quickly said to him, if you had the authority by EE like he said He would of had my details in front of him, Oh Oh I got your info but I want you to confirm it, I just laughed as he was digging more of a hole. Scammers will try anything. good thing I have caller Reject on my fone, I suggest you do the same or get an app to block cold callers, the governmant are not going to help stop them, the networks are not going to stop them, but makes you think, that they are getting paid? Wink Wink!

@ x silent calls could have been EE, did get a call from upgrade dude who said he was from EE. Up grade due so went to the shop and upgraded.

Claimed to be EE partner and tried pushing phone upgrade. Told them not interested and hung up but was called back immediately and said I was being rude, went onto pushing phone upgrade again. I advise to steer clear.

Stated they were. Phone House ringing on behalf of EE I questioned how they got my number. Was told they got it from EE as ringing on their behalf. I hung up and later called EE Not them and nobody should be calling saying they are doing so on behalf of EE. Beware

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 016127766xx reported already, mostly with O2 telemarketing, EE sales -all the same, some call centre working for big telco operators. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back, trying to dig some info about this number on internet first...
