Call from a very rude guy who is pestering us with several calls a day asking for the owner. Says he is from the Registrations Dept but won't give any more information despite insisting. Told him I wouldn't give any information over the phone and he needed to write to me veryifying who he was and what he wanted. I hung up after getting irrate by his rude manner. He rang me straight back from an annonomous number and told me I was a complete waste of space and a jobsworth! Who the hell are these people. I have tried blocking number but they also call from a withheld number!

Keep being called. I can’t answer my business phone to genuine customers! First call said I had an unregistered energy contract which was illegal. I explained I had a registered supply the lad was insistent that it wasn’t registered. I hung up. He then called for the next half an hour, until I answered he told me the call was being recorded and that I only had until the end of the day to register and he needed my energy supplier. I gave the name of a different supplier. He was really rude and condescending. I then receive a call from a “supervisor” from the energy company that I gave. He said he was calling to tell me my tariff was increasing but he was giving me the option to leave them and sign up with a different energy supplier. He would give me a code and would get the registering service to call me as they were independent and would give me the best deals for other companies. 1 minute later the “registering service called me to say they had found me the best deal but I only had 80 minutes left to register. I told him I’d spoken to my energy company and my tariff was not increasing. I asked for his number so I could call him back, he hung up. These people are rude and aggressive. I’ve registered for the PTS with OFCOM and as the phone has not stopped ringing this morning from this number.

One call went to my voice mail and man can be heard making fun of me, saying 'Why don't you check your voice mail' then speaking in an Indian dialect and giggling. Office noise behind. Always engaged when I ring and always hang up no matter how quickly I answer.

I have received 9 calls from this number and 7 other similar numbers since 8.30 this morning using names such as Meter Registration Department, Energy Search, Commercial Reduction Services. They say that I have an unregistered meter! Total harrassment! They have been asked not to call and to remove my phone number from their records but still they keep calling!
