Asain woman with noisy background, trying to pose as an 02 rep, didn't confirm who they were or even ask who I was, surely if really 02 I would be on records even then wouldn't accept their ****. Went straight to asking for bank details for a better contract, when I'm pay as you go and bot even on a contract, surely the New Data Protection laws should stop our info being sold?
