Literally got an online car Insurance quote from them and within 5 minutes I had two calls from these people. I knew it was them so didn't answer. 2 minutes after that I get a text! Tedious people. If I wasn't already put off by your ridiculously high quote then I am now by being pushy. If I'd wanted to speak to someone then I would have rang you myself. I*iots. Blocked!

I just received 3calls in a row from this number. I got an online quote yesterday from Carole Nash. Having read other comments, I'm sure it's the same people hassling me that other people have been experiencing. The quote I received was expensive, so I won't be using them and because of their unprofessionalism.

Obtained insurance quote from this firm. It was more than double my current insurer. The first call I received from them was a silent call. I have since then been called daily, again with no one on the other end, Total nuisance and even if they had quoted a cheapier premium there is no way I would ever do business with them.

I too received calls after an online quote from Carole Nash (which as £1200, as compared to £396 from my existing provider). Obviously, I didn't accept. I also ticked boxes for no spam calls. And I wrote to them requesting my details be deleted. Still I get this. I will never buy from Carole Nash - even if they were the cheapest (unlikely). In the end I got my policy for £240. Who the heck buys their insurance???

i got a quote online from Carol Nash but ticked the box for no contact but they obviously have took no notice of that. i answered the first call but no-one spoke to me and then they hung up. i have had several calls since but usually when im at work or in a meeting so couldnt answer the call.

Went online for a bike insurance quote at Carole Nash, specifically ticked the no marketing boxes including the NO phone calls one. Less than an hour later they start calling me! Unnacceptable and unprofessional. Will report to my network provider as a spam caller. Added number to ignore list on phone. (PS they aren't even cheap on the onsurance, look elsewhere).

Q. What's the point of on-line quote? A. To have an easy stress-free check on comparative cost. However - with Carol Nash - you look at their on-line quote page and then they call you to ask why you haven't purchased.... Perhaps because they are too expensive? Perhaps they are too expensive because they employ staff purely to call you back asking why .......... This then PEES OFF people and leads them to have a negative view of your company Guys - get a grip and examine your costs!
