02 'team' (Telemarketer) reported by


they have called maybe 15 times in 3 days. this is a outsourced team and potentially not connected with 02 - watch what they say - often it's 'working with / on behalf of'. you may find yourself swapping away from an 02 contract and into a new one with a supplier that you don't know. understand who they. when they called me, they didn't know anything about the account either - its a business contract and another colleague controls the accounts. IF in doubt, ask who they are and if it sounds fishy - it probably is! Trust your gut instinct!

Got a call from the number today telling me I could have an upgrade asked for a call back next week. Then contacted O2 turns out it is a Third party "Partner" who is offering better deals then they are at the moment! :O
