Persistent calls don't take no for an answer , they have a set number of calls before they will stop calling. My remedy with all the companies is to pester back on their public social media pages and too as many senior leaders I can find. apollard(a)thevitalitygroup.com is the big boss counting his money whist his call centres make people's lives a missery.
