I recieved a call out of the blue from this company and spoke to a gentleman who I admit was very pushy at first. Its a ppi callcentre and they managed to get me £1700 from barclays on my personal loan and £900 on my credit card I was massively suprised to find I was due money because I refused this insurance initially also I contacted Barclays in 2014 who told me I didnt have ppi. these finances are around 25years old as its all iv had just after leaving uni so I had no statements but they found the details for me (no account numbers needed!). I spoke to the same gentleman after recieving my cheque and he explained the reason he is pushy is because otherwise he would be ignored and day after day he sees people in my position get thousands after telling him they know they dont have ppi. in fairness im massively grateful that he was pushy as he simply forced me to listen and pursue barclays, after listening I realised he made sense and knew what he was talking about, I feel the banks actions to be disgusting as they sent me written confirmation I did not have ppi and up until this point I had been very frutrated with constant ppi calls and put the phone down without listening. there a pain in the * but i would deffo recommend this company and remember guys they are real people doing a job

Just took a call from some guy who basically was quizing me about PPI I said I was not interested and said I did not have PPI to which he said how do you know I said I do because I am not stupid to which he said are you claiming all these thousands of people are then in a aggressive manner. I said not to ring me again to which he was rude and basically calling me stupid for not wanting him to help me! He constantly called me love to which I asked him not to. I asked to speak to his manager to which he said she not available and in any event did I think speaking to his manager would have any event on him! he said no love and put the phone down calling me stupid!!! Really get yourself back to charm school LOVE...
