thought it was a local call when number came up so I answered but hung before anyone spoke as soon as I could hear it was a call centre. Do these people not realise we're all capable of getting our own help if we need it and cold calling is intrusive?

My phone rang and displayed the number 01948 518007 - my own std code. I didn't recognise the number so didn't answer it. Then got a message on my phone that I had had a missed call from 0161 212 7471 - very clever technology to try and make me answer thinking it was a local call and possibly known to me! Now blocked!
