Life insurance stayed on the line as was interested on a possible quote was on the line for 1 hours 6 minutes going through all questionnaires only to be refused due to certain medical health issues was adamant on transferring me to another team that could help even though I had said numerous of times that I was already running late for appointment as I wasn't expecting to be on the phone for so long what adamant on putting me through to another team and was quite pushy by that point I hung up
