Ideal world rang thanking me for my order. Then went on to give me a free gift, only problem was I have to pay 99p postage. I asked your giving me a free gift and I have to pay postage, replied yes, told him not to bother.

Called me knowing that i had ordered something from them within the last few days. Trying to offer me a discount shopping scheme and £5.00 off my next ideal world purchase. The discount shopping scheme is 14 days free trial period hten £99.0 per year - sounds dodgey to say the least! refused their offer.

They offer you a flimsy package of coupons and other discount packages for which they charge you £97.97. I telephoned to cancel the package in good time within the 21day cancellation period. They still took the money and insist that I will not get a refund of my money, EVEN THOUGH I have evidence,of the date and time I cancelled. They then continue to takes money from your account for other dining offers. They then treat you like an **** as if you didn't understand the cancellation policy. If they ring you and say it is only £2.99 to preview, don't bother. You will have sleepless nights just like me! Stay clear!
