Call from Indian call centre. Claimed to be from Google. Asking if I am a director of the business.

I have been inundated with calls from this number insisting I confirm our Google listing as people can steal our identity and company profile, trying to * the wind up me no doubt, I told them our IT side of things deal with it but they wanted me to go on the computer and they would talk me through what to do, when I said I don't have access at the moment, they persisted and asked me to do on a smart phone. All sounded too pushy so I wouldn't do it.

This number phoned me but showed up on my phone as 020340997xx, I only got this number as they a voicemail and this is the number the voicemail was left from bit strange if you ask me... id avoid answering either of them at all.

I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it? Similar number 01269839157 is already reported here with life assurance, no idea if the same case.
