Awful company and outbound telephone sales. ignoring TPS database. tell them to stop calling you and then request a copy of the call which they are obliged to do under data protection laws. forward this to TPS and Ofcom as harrasement calls if they call you again.

On answering a few different times I either had no one speaking but could hear background noise of a call centre or someone said "hello mam" and when I asked who they were they hung up. I keep asking to be removed from their database but to no avail. I keep declining their calls now or ignore them ringing.

They phoned today, could hear a busy call centre in the background, but no one spoke and they just hung up. They have 2 numbers, the other number is 0151 375 2839 - so they are obviously using 2 numbers to appear local.

Told us our energy supply was not registered, according to an industry database. Then got abusive when we refused to give them personal information. We checked the company out and found out its a scam, they get a kick back from energy suppliers, trying to sign you into a 2 year contract.
